Use this program inquiry form to express your interest in hosting or receiving a program or event at Flying Pig Farm. Please submit with all relevant information at least 6 weeks prior to your requested date. This will allow us to calculate our staffing and programatic needs. After receiving this form, we will contact you to discuss details.

Payment for use of space and programs goes to Flying Pig Farm and our farm teachers. We request a minimum donation of $30 per hour for groups of 10 people. Your donation for our services can be tax-deductible! You’ll hear back from us shortly based on your responses.
