Please submit with all relevant information at least 6 weeks prior to your requested date. This will allow us to calculate our staffing and programatic needs. After receiving this form, we will contact you to discuss details.

Payment for use of space and programs goes to Flying Pig Farm and farm-hands assisting with your group experience. Flying Pig Farm recommends a minimum donation of $35 for the first hour of a class/event, and an additional $25/hr after that. We will customize the cost based on your group’s program and time needs. Your donation for our services can be tax-deductible!
